Detox, Diät, Ernährungspläne…

Detox, Diät, Ernährungspläne, Sport, ich bin zu dick/zu dünn, alles ist doof! …
Das und noch vieles mehr gehört zu den täglichen Gedanken einiger Mädchen und Frauen.

Ich für meinen Teil bin mit mir, meinem Leben und meinem Körper zur Zeit sowas von zufrieden (wie ihr ja auch in meinem Post „Magermodels als Vorbilder“ bereits lesen konntet). Klar bin ich kein Topmodel und hab mein bisschen Hüftspeck, aber genau das ist es, was mich ausmacht (bin schon gespannt auf den Shitstorm: „Bist ja eh hässlich“ – sowas muss ich in letzter Zeit öfter lesen). Aber ich bin zur Zeit unheimlich glücklich, ausgeglichen und zufrieden, da kann mich sowas überhaupt nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Alles läuft so, wie ich es mir vorstelle und ich habe den besten Freund der Welt, der mich in allen Dingen unterstützt!

Wieso soll ich also Stunden in die Planung meiner gesunden Ernährung investieren, wenn es mir dann schlecht geht, ich mich unwohl fühle und schlechte Laune bekomme? Klar achte ich auch darauf, dass ich mal nen Apfel anstatt nem Schokoriegel esse, aber ich bin einfach nicht der Typ für strikte Diäten oder Pläne, die mir befehlen, was ich zu essen habe und was nicht. Andere können damit wiederum super arbeiten und das finde ich beeindruckend und gut, denn jeder hat einen anderen Weg mit sich glücklich zu sein/werden. Ich hoffe einfach, dass es den Personen weiterhilft, sich solchen Plänen zu unterwerfen und dass es sie glücklicher macht. Mich würde es nur unglücklicher machen, darum fang ich erst gar nicht damit an. :-)

Auch schreiben Mia und Laura immer super Posts über ihre Ernährung und über Sport und Friederike ist nun auch unter die Sportler gegangen. Ich lese diese Posts unheimlich gern und hole mir viele Inspirationen, aber ich bin einfach ein anderer Typ und könnte mich niemals so disziplinieren und jeden Tag Sport machen oder gar auf Nutella oder Süßigkeiten verzichten. ;-)

Ich sage nicht, dass ich gar keinen Sport mache und nicht auch ein wenig auf meine Ernährung achte, will ja auch keine Tonne werden (nein, liebe Hater – ich bin noch keine Tonne!), aber ich akzeptiere meinen Körper so, wie er ist und ich habe nunmal die Veranlagung nicht die Schlankeste zu sein und bin trotzdem
unheimlich glücklich.

Meiner Meinung nach sieht die perfekte Figur sowieso an jedem Körper anders aus. Viele Frauen mit Größe 48 aufwärts sind meiner Meinung nach super attraktiv und manchmal sogar hübscher als so manches Topmodel. Aber es gibt auch viele Frauen, die in Größe 34 unglaublich hübsch und gar nicht zu mager aussehen. Also es kommt nicht auf die Größe, Breite, Höhe oder was auch immer an – perfekt bist du, wenn du mit dir zufrieden bist, dich so akzeptierst, wie du bist, denn dann strahlt deine Schönheit von innen heraus – und genau da bin ich jetzt angekommen.

Wie sieht es bei euch aus? Könnt ihr euch an solche strikten Pläne halten? Wollt ihr das überhaupt oder seid ihr auch rundum zufrieden mit euch und eurem Körper?

  1. ich stimme dir zu! Beauty comes in all Sizes! Und das Wichtigste ist, glücklich zu sein und sich nichts selber vorzulügen. Ich liebe Sport, aber hauptsächlich deswegen, weil ich mich danach super fühle und nicht weil ich dadurch dicker oder dünner werde.
    Den ganzen Fitness und Ernährungshype fand ich erst voll cool, aber sehe ihn jetzt kritisch, da ich nicht will, dass sich andere unter Druck gesetzt fühlen und denken, sie müssten das jetzt asofort lle auch so machen wenn sie darüber lesen.
    Ich finde es toll, dass du eine positive Message rüber bringst :)

  2. Auf deine Einstellung kann man echt neidisch sein! Ich wünschte, ich könnte auch so zufrieden mit mir selbst sein.. nö, bin ich nicht. Vor ein paar Wochen hab ich mit Fitnessstudio angefangen und ich versuche mich sogut es geht gesund zu ernähren.. Manchmal ist das schon eine Qual für mich aber was tut man nicht alles, um abzuspecken.. Ich hoffe, ich halte das durch und kann dann mein Gewicht halten! :)

    Du hast nen hammerbody :-) fand ich schon immer. Ich zum beispiel find meinen koerper graesslich obwohl ich oft zu hoeren bekomme das ich ne gute figur hab. Ich hab ne unglaublich sportliche figur also eher androgyn. Ich haette viel lieber eine weibliche, kurvige figur mit ein bisschen *hueftspeck* als ne bohnenstange zu sein. Aber mit richtiger kleidung kann man da vieles wieder wettmachen. Und zu den hatern: lass dich nicht fertigmachen, so ist das internet eben. Ich mag deinen blog und mag deine bodenstaendigkeit:)

    Toller Beitrag. ♡ Ich kann mich dir nur voll und ganz anschließe. Wohl fühlen kommt von innen heraus und ist nicht abhängig von einer Kleidergröße. Der Wahn ist mMn einfach kontraproduktiv. Gut fühlen, schön fühlen und tun was man will, weil man es will. :)

  5. Schönheit gibt es in allen Größen!
    Ich bin mit meinem Körper schon zufrieden. Er ist gut definiert und ich habe Muskeln :-)
    Dennoch habe ich auch oft Selbstzweifel und wäre gerne da und dort etwas schlanker!
    An Ernährungspläne kann ich mich im Grund schon halten, aber hin und wieder überkommt mich dann einfach mal eine Phase wo ich einfach gar nicht auf mein Essen achten will! Ich meine ich esse sehr gesund und bin Vegetarierin aber zwischendurch kommen einfach Schokoattacken durch! :)
    Ich würde meinen Körper gerne, so wie du, akzeptieren wie er ist. Leider kann ich das nicht immer!

    Ich hab bei dir auch schon gemerkt, dass du Sport eher aus Spaß und Überzeugung machst und nicht aus dem Grund, unbedingt abnehmen zu wollen.
    Find ich auch gut, ich wünschte, ich hätte auch Spaß am Sport – vielleicht hab ich auch nur noch nicht den richtigen für mich entdeckt!?
    Joa, ich sehe das ganze auch etwas kritisch, aber jeder Leser entscheidet ja für sich selbst und setzt sich dann selber unter Druck…
    Also mach doch ruhig weiter damit, ich mag deine Serie total! ;-)

  7. Hallo liebe Nina!
    Gesund ernähren kann auch echt Spaß machen! Vollkornnudeln schmecken richtig gut und ich hab jetzt so ein super leckeres Vollkorntoast für mich entdeckt und das dann mit ein wenig Butter und frischen Tomaten oder Gurken ist einfach ein Traum! Also, mach dir nicht so viel Stress! ;-) Und wenn es mal ein Schokoriegel sein soll, dann ist es hat so – aber nicht gleich zwei oder drei auf einmal, haha! ;-)
    Im Fitnessstudio bin ich auch angemeldet. Aber ich werd damit einfach nicht warm, ist nicht meins irgendwie. Ich brauch nen coolen Teamsport, aber ich wüsste nicht, was mir gefallen könnte. Früher bin ich geritten, aber das ist hier in Berlin alles viel zu teuer… :-(
    Also, du findest sicher schon den richtigen Sport für dich, der dir auch Spaß macht! Aber mach dir nicht selber so viel Stress! Leb einfach und sei glücklich, dann wirst du mit deinem Körper auch bald wieder zufriedener! :-)

    Danke für deine lieben Worte! Wahrscheinlich ist es oft so, dass man sein möchte, wie man nicht ist und andere viel hübscher und toller findet.
    Aber versuch einfach mit dir zufrieden zu sein. An deinem Körperbau und deiner Veranlagung kannst du eh nichts ändern und es wäre doch doof, wenn du dich davon immer runterziehen lässt.
    Versuch einfach von innen heraus zu strahlen und mit deinem Körper zufriedener zu werden, ich wünsche dir viel Erfolg dabei! :-)

  10. Meine Liebe! Du hast doch ne Bombenfigur! Mach dir selber nicht so viel Stress und setz dich doch nicht so unter Druck.
    Dadurch wirst du nur unzufriedener und bist traurig. Vergleich dich nicht mit anderen, sondern sei einfach du, und vielleicht gehört zu dir einfach ein wenig das „da und dort“ ein wenig „Speck ist (auch wenn ich es dir fast nicht glauben kann!).
    Ich wünsche dir, dass du mit deinem Körper bald zufriedener sein kannst und ggf. deine kleinen „Speckzönchen“ lieben lernst! ;-)

    Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit meinen Körper zufrieden. Das musste ich aber auch erst einmal lernen. Ich hatte viele Diäten ausprobiert, mal mehr und mal weniger Sport getrieben, bis mir dann alles irgendwann genug war. Was ist das für ein Leben, wenn man auf jede Kalorie und jedes Gramm Fett achtet oder auf auf Kohlenhydrate verzichtet und innerlich schon rechnet, wie viel Sport man jetzt machen muss, damit das Gegessene nicht ansetzt? Mittlerweile bin ich ein großer Fan von gesunder Ernährung, aber gönne mir zwischendurch auch mal etwas. Sport mache ich immer noch viel, aber weil es mir Spaß macht. Jeder sollte da für sich den besten Weg finden :-)

    Genauso sehe ich es auch, jeder sollte für sich selber schauen, was Spaß macht und was einen glücklich macht und ich glaube nicht, dass es das eine Gramm zu viel oder zu wenig ist, was das ganze Leben nun schlecht macht, sondern einfach die Einstellung des Jeweiligen…

    sehr schöner Blogpost und du schreibst wahre Worte! Wenn man mit sich im Reinen ist, strahlt man dies auch aus und wirkt auf andere sowieso attraktiv :).
    Ich bin auch nicht immer zufrieden mit mir, versuche es zwar aber wenn man sich eben nicht richtig wohlfühlt ist es schwer… Im Sommer ist es meistens besser, da verbrennt man mehr Kalorien, also ich jedenfalls weil ich da mehr unterwegs bin und auch nicht so viel Hunger hab… :)

  14. So ein schönes Bild, du siehst fantastisch aus! Ich hab in den letzten 3-4 Jahren fast 10 Kilo zugenommen, aber davor war ich extrem dünn und hatte auch Untergewicht. Komischerweise hab ich mich damals nicht sehr schlank gefühlt. Ich versuche das Thema gelassen zu sehen, denn ich esse dann doch lieber als in XS oder S Jeans zu passen ;) Sport ist natürlich auch wichtig für die Gesundheit.

    Aber du hast natürlich Recht, wenn es wirklich so rüberkommt, ist das echt nicht das, was ich mit dem post erreichen wollte.

  19. sehr toller post und ich habe mir (beinahe) alle kommentare durchgelesen!

    ich selber bin alles andere als zufrieden mit meiner figur, das liegt aber auch daran, dass ich eigentlich starke komplexe habe und mir probleme einrede, die es nicht gibt :D

    zuerst habe ich wirklich sport getrieben, um abzunehmen. dann aber, um mich abzulenken, denn es gab halt gesundheitliche probleme mit meinen eltern und um das zu verarbeiten, ging ich laufen. und das mache ich heute auch noch. beim laufen vergesse ich die welt um mich herum !

    mit dem sport kam dann die umstellung. ich ernähre mich bewusst und gesund und versuche, auf „ungesunde“ kohlenhydrate wie weißmehl und nudel zu verzichten. auch auf süßigkeiten, so gut es geht. weil ich eben bemekrt habe, dass meine haut auch besser wird.
    und gerade eben hatte ich eine fressattacke. und zwar mit äpfeln :D

  20. Ich finde deinen Artikel, als auch die Message, die dort hinter steckt, toll. Ich finde es super, wenn man frei heraus und vollster Überzeugung und Zufriedenheit mit sich selbst, sagen kann, dass man sch in seiner Haut genau so wohl fühlt wie man ist.

Ich finde es sehr gut, dass man sich kritisch mit dem Thema Sport und Ernährung auseinandersetzt, aber dann sollte man auch selbst ein bisschen offener an die Thematik herangehen. Sich gesund zu ernähren bedeutet NICHT, sich einem Ernährungsplan zu unterwerfen, ebenso wenig wie sich danach schlecht zu fühlen. Ganz im Gegenteil sogar! ;)

    Ich finde es ebenfalls toll und wichtig, dass du das Thema aufgreifst – und ich bewundere dich für deine bodenständige und immer wieder positiv strahlende Art (das habe ich dir schon oft gesagt, oder?). Ich finde, du machst das genau richtig und bist genau richtig (das meine ich ganz ernst und absolut nicht einschmeichlerisch).
    Es ist toll, zu lesen, dass jemand das Leben genießt – zwar immer mal mit einem Auge auf der Mäßigkeit, es mit sich selbst dann aber doch nicht allzu streng nimmt. Ich glaube, das ist ein guter Weg zum langanhaltenden Glück. :)
